Shipping & Delivery

Where do we deliver? We ship across the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no hidden fees.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 11:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM Central Time (CT)

Warehouse Location

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio (USA).

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at Contact@lavozus.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are covered by us — please contact us first to receive your free prepaid return label before shipping any item back. You will receive a full refund with no restocking fees. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
