Where do we deliver? We ship across the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing
We process all orders within 1 business day (MonβFri). Orders placed after 11:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed the next business day.
Standard Delivery
- Handling Time: 1 business day (MonβFri)
- Transit Time: 7β12 business days (MonβFri)
- Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM Central Time (CT)
Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at contact@handzu.com with your name and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are covered by us β please contact us first to receive your free prepaid return label before shipping any item back. You will receive a full refund with no restocking fees. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
