What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects (cracks, leaks, faulty lids, broken handles)
  • Insulation failure under normal use conditions
  • Defective or non-functioning parts upon delivery

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

Warranty Period

All products sold on handzu.com are covered for 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  3. We will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund β€” your choice.

No need to return the defective item in most cases. We will determine on a case-by-case basis whether a return is required.

Once your warranty claim is approved, we offer:
